How you create impact

• Manage customer relationships and act as the primary contact for sea freight and selected air freight shipments.
• Coordinate the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare quotations, monitor shipments, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, carriers, and customers to deliver service excellence.
• Support and guide colleagues, acting as a key point of contact when the manager is away on customer visits or business development activities.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying improvement opportunities and promoting a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

What we would like you to bring

• Completed freight forwarding apprenticeship or equivalent logistics qualification.
• Strong experience in international freight forwarding, particularly sea freight; air freight experience is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of import/export, customs, and international transport processes.
• Previous experience in a senior, coordinating, or informal leadership role.
• Commercial awareness, ownership mentality, and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• Fluent French and English; German is an asset.
