At MyBikePlan, we bring premium (e-)bikes to the people - no big hurdles, thanks to our 0% financing model. We believe a dream bike shouldn't be a luxury project; it should be accessible to everyone.

As a Sales Trainee (FR/ITA), you'll get hands-on experience in sales from day one - no theory-only program here. Working on-site from our office in Zurich, you'll reach out to potential customers over 6 to 12 months, get them excited about our bikes, and guide them from first contact all the way to delivery. If it's a match on both sides, there's a real path to a fixed position afterward.

In short: you love selling (or want to learn how), you're fluent in French and Italian, comfortable in English (our corporate language) - and you're ready to kick-start your sales career with us, based right here in Zurich.

Sales & New Customer Acquisition

• Actively work leads from Romandie and Ticino (inbound & outbound)
• Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, or video call
• Advise customers on our e-bikes, financing options, and services
• Run sales and consultation calls with a clear focus on closing
• Get involved in events, trade shows, or promotional campaigns

Customer Care

• Guide customers personally from first contact to purchase
• Build lasting customer relationships that go beyond the sale
• Stay on top of open quotes and follow-ups

Sales Processes & CRM

• Document all your sales activities cleanly in the CRM
• Manage your pipeline in a structured, self-driven way
• Work closely with other teams to keep improving the customer experience

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Fluent in French and Italian
• Good English (our corporate language) - German is not required
• Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit
• Willing to work on-site in Zurich (home office possible on select days after onboarding, but this is not a remote role)
• You genuinely enjoy active selling and new customer acquisition
• Strong communication skills, on the phone and in writing
• Independent, structured, and closing-focused way of working
• Self-motivation and persistence, even when things don't click right away
• Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Office, email)

Also very welcome - career changers included:

• You come from hospitality, gastronomy, or the service industry and know how to engage people
• You don't have sales experience yet, but you've got the mindset - sales mindset beats CV

Nice-to-haves:

• Real knowledge of (e-)bikes, cycling, or the mobility world - a big plus. Whether you ride seriously, worked in a bike shop, or you're just deep into the scene, this helps you build instant credibility with customers.
• Experience in online sales, inside sales, or B2C sales
• German skills are a plus
