The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.ResponsibilitiesTake on a key role in the QA team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our custom-built order management, infrastructure, and risk management platforms in a fast-paced Agile environment.Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve automated test frameworks, test suites, and quality engineering best practices.Drive continuous improvements in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, release processes, and overall quality engineering practices.Manage the release testing process, executing manual tests, reviewing automated and manual test outcomes, analyzing performance test results, investigating logs for anomalies, and reporting on the overall quality and risk assessment of release candidates.Process product reviews, and inform the development team of defects and errors, and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
