Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Kalibrierung von Herstellanlagen, Analysegeräten und Monitoringfühlern in den Bereichen Drug Substance (DS) und Logistic Solutions (PS) sowie deren GMP-gerechte Dokumentation
- Organisation der Kalibrieraktivitäten in Absprache mit den internen Partnern und externen Dienstleistern
- Verwaltung der Prüfmittel (Neuaufnahme, Zertifizierung, Stilllegung)
- Datenpflege der Kalibrier-Stammdaten mittels BMRAM / SAP / SAP S4
- Erstellung/Bearbeitung von Kalibriervorschriften (SOPs)
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Changes, Deviations und Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Ausbau der Kalibrier-Springerfunktion in den Bereichen Entwicklung und Commercial
Ihr Profil
Must Haves:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen oder pharmazeutischen Bereich (z.B. Chemie- oder Pharmatechnologe/ Pharmakanten/Chemikant/Automatiker oder ähnliches)
- Mind. drei Jahre Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld (Produktion und/oder Entwicklung). Darüber hinausgehende Erfahrungen/Ausbildungen (vorzugsweise in der Herstellung nicht-steriler Wirkstoffe) können einen zusätzlichen Pluspunkt darstellen
- Sie besitzen einen starken technischen Hintergrund sowie ein solides technisches Verständnis der chemischen Herstellanlagen und deren Automation
- Sie sind es gewohnt nach cGMP Richtlinien zu arbeiten
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen mit der Kalibrierung von Messgeräten der chemischen Herstellanlagen
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind selbständig, initiativ und integer, verfügen über hohe Sozialkompetenz und Flexibilität, denken inklusiv und arbeiten gerne im Team mit Menschen zusammen.
- Sie arbeiten ergebnis- und verantwortungsbewusst, hinterfragen Vorgänge zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, agieren kundenfokussiert und treffen faktenbasierte, konsequente Entscheidungen
- Sie sind selbstmotiviert, neugierig, stehen der digitalen Welt offen gegenüber und bilden sich stetig weiter
- Sie gehen mutig voran, können ihre Position vertreten, bringen auch unangenehme Themen zur Sprache und fordern gegenteilige Ansichten ein
- SAP Erfahrung von Vorteil
