Per conto di un nostro stimato cliente attivo nel settore farmaceutico siamo alla ricerca di un Accounting Specialist disponibile a partire dal 17.08.2026.
La/Il candidata/o svolge le seguenti mansioni:
Prepara e verifica scritture contabili, riconciliazioni di conto e report finanziari.
Supporta le attività di chiusura finanziaria mensile, trimestrale e annuale.
Gestisce la contabilità fornitori, la contabilità clienti, le immobilizzazioni e i risconti/ratei secondo necessità.
Effettua le riconciliazioni bancarie, compresi i pagamenti ai fornitori e gli incassi dai clienti.
Collabora con team interfunzionali per risolvere problematiche contabili e finanziarie.
Gestisce i crediti scaduti e analisi dell'anzianità del credito (aging analysis).
Riconciliazioni infragruppo del conto economico (P&L) e dello stato patrimoniale.
Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in ambito contabile.
Diploma di scuola superiore ad indirizzo commerciale, contabile o equivalente.
Conoscenza dei sistemi di contabilità generale (General Ledger) e della gestione della contabilità fornitori.
Conoscenza di SAP, preferibilmente conoscenza del gestionale ERP
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e fluidità nella lingua italiana.
Padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
Altamente organizzato/a, diligente, attento/a ai dettagli, ben strutturato/a, capace di gestire più attività (multitasking) e di rispettare le scadenze.
Motivato/a, capace di lavorare sia in team in modo collaborativo sia in autonomia.
Flessibilità e riservatezza sono requisiti fondamentali.
Disponibilità dal 17.08.2026 per un contratto determinato di 3/4 mesi
