Ihre AufgabenProjektleitung & Planung: Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Großprojekte im Infrastrukturbau (z. B. Viadukte, Unterführungen, Stützmauern im Bereich Verkehr, Wasser- und Energieversorgung).
Führung & Entwicklung: Fachliche und personelle Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams (ca. 20?30 Mitarbeitende aus Zeichnern sowie Junior- und Senior-Ingenieuren).
Projekt-Controlling: Direkte Verantwortung für die technischen und finanziellen Belange der Projekte sowie für die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Budgets.
Kunden- & Schnittstellenmanagement: Pflegen und Ausbauen enger Kundenbeziehungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Regional- und Abteilungsleitung.
Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur FH/ETH (oder vergleichbare Qualifikation).
Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 6?10 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung / im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau in der Schweiz (Erfahrung im Schweizer Normen- und Regulierungsumfeld ist zwingend erforderlich).
Führungskompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Team- oder Projektleitung sowie starkes Verhandlungs- und Organisationstalent.
Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1, zwingend) in Kombination mit Italienisch (C1) ODER Englisch (C1).
Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisetätigkeiten ins Tessin (bei Ausübung der Stelle im Remote-Modell aus der Deutschschweiz) oder Bereitschaft zum Wohnortwechsel.
