Job description
- Coordination et contribution active à la préparation et au suivi des dossiers d’investissement, comprenant notamment la négociation des
- Specific Terms and Conditions
- Equipment Procurement Specifications
- Suivi des conditions de paiement pour les investissements, y c. la gestion de garanties bancaires
- Documentation des flux d'achats et amélioration continue des procédures et des documents achats, tels que :
- General terms and conditions
- Specific terms and conditions
- Gestion de la relation fournisseurs
- Ouverture de fournisseurs
- Evaluation des fournisseurs et analyse des commandes
- Ouverture des fournisseurs dans le système ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Contrôle et validation des commandes d’achat et t raitement des confirmations de commande
- Répondre aux demandes des auditeurs internes et externes
- Traitements des e-mails de la boîte ASU-Purchasing et classement des documents électroniques
Profile
Profil :
- Brevet fédéral de Spécialiste en achats
- 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
Professional requirements
- Fiabilité, sens de l’organisation et esprit structuré avec une forte capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellente capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec sens des responsabilités et esprit d’initiative
- Communication ouverte, agréable et claire
- Très bonne maitrise d’Excel
- Proactivité et aisance dans la revue de processus
- Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches, avec un bon sens des priorités et du respect des délais
- Excellente aptitude de rédaction des rapports en français et en anglais
- Connaissances de l’ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central est un avantage

- Français : lu, parlé et écrit (langue principale de travail)
- Anglais : lu, parlé et écrit
- Allemand : souhaité
