Comprende l'Istruzione superiore dei quadri, il Personale dell'esercito, cinque formazioni d'addestramento, il Centro d'istruzione e il Servizio specializzato Donne nell'esercito e diversity. Un terzo dei circa 2350 collaboratori è attivo in professioni civili in ambito scientifico, tecnico, medico, psicologico, amministrativo o sportivo e contribuisce al successo insieme ai militari di professione. /ppL'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale.
