This role combines strategic leadership with hands on performance marketing expertise and requires an individual who is equally comfortable shaping marketing investment decisions, optimizing acquisition performance, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and identifying new opportunities to drive sustainable and profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the organization’s performance marketing strategy across multiple channels and geographies, ensuring that significant media investments generate measurable business impact. Acting as the internal expert on customer acquisition and marketing effectiveness, the role will work closely with commercial, digital, analytics, CRM, and regional teams to build best-in-class performance marketing capabilities and accelerate business growth globally.Define and execute the global performance marketing and customer acquisition strategy across international markets.Manage and optimize significant digital media investments across multiple channels and regions.Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency through data-driven investment decisions.Lead performance across key acquisition channels including Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Video, YouTube, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging growth channels.Establish performance measurement frameworks, attribution models, incrementality testing approaches, and marketing effectiveness methodologies.Evaluate channel effectiveness and continuously reallocate investments based on commercial impact, customer value, and profitability.Identify growth opportunities across markets and develop scalable acquisition strategies.Monitor customer trends, platform developments, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.Translate complex performance data into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.Partner with commercial, CRM, analytics, finance, and regional teams to drive execution and business results.Contribute to the development of marketing capabilities, governance, processes, and best practices across the organization.Lead and develop high-performing teams as well as external agency and technology partners.The Successful Applicant10+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Customer Acquisition, Digital Commerce, or related disciplines.Proven track record of managing significant digital media investments and delivering measurable business growth through performance marketing.Deep expertise across customer acquisition channels, including:Paid Search (Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max)Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms)Display AdvertisingVideo YouTubeAffiliate and Partnership MarketingStrong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, marketing measurement, customer lifetime value, ROAS, CAC, and marketing effectiveness.Experience within consumer-oriented industries such as consumer goods, retail, fashion, lifestyle, digital commerce, subscription businesses, hospitality, or similar sectors.Demonstrated success developing and executing acquisition strategies across multiple markets.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance growth ambitions with profitability objectives.Analytical mindset with a highly data-driven approach to decision making.Exposure to international markets and cross-border initiatives.Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.Entrepreneurial, hands on, execution-focused mindset.Fluent English.What’s on OfferA high-impact role with responsibility for shaping the organization’s global performance marketing and growth agenda.The opportunity to contribute to an international transformation and growth journey.Ownership of significant marketing investments and strategic growth initiatives.Exposure to senior decision makers and international stakeholders.A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven environment.Long-term development opportunities within a growing and evolving organization.One day of home office per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
