Aufgabe
KPMG Strategy unterstützt Kunden bei Transaktionen (Integration/Trennung, Synergien, Commercial Due Diligence bei M&A-Deals) und Transformationen (Wachstumsstrategie, Operations-Strategie, Wertschöpfung). Wir suchen derzeit herausragende Kandidaten zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Rolle als (Senior) Consultant.

- Seien Sie Teil und sammeln Sie Erfahrung in verschiedenen Strategieprojekten innerhalb der beiden Kernbereiche Deal Execution (z. B. Integration/Trennung) und Strategy & Performance Transformation (z. B. Commercial Due Diligence, Wachstums-, Operations-Strategie, Wertschöpfung)
- Als (Senior) Consultant unterstützen Sie ein Team von 2-5 Kollegen bei der Durchführung eines Kundenprojekts, was Folgendes umfassen kann:
1. Sammeln und Analysieren von Kunden- und/oder externen Daten zur Entwicklung von Hypothesen und umsetzbaren Erkenntnissen
2. Erstellung hochwertiger Arbeitsergebnisse (z. B. Berichte) zur Präsentation der wichtigsten Resultate beim Kunden unter engen Fristen
3. Interaktion mit verschiedenen Kunden- und Deal-Stakeholdern durch Interviews, Vor-Ort-Treffen und Workshops
- Neben der Projektdurchführung tragen Sie zum Wachstum unseres Teams in der Schweiz bei, indem Sie Kundenangebote und andere Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten unterstützen
Das macht Sie erfolgreich
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss einer erstklassigen Universität in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Fach mit hervorragenden akademischen Leistungen. Auch Inhaber eines MINT-Abschlusses sind willkommen, sofern fundierte wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Kenntnisse nachgewiesen werden können
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen und Unternehmensfinanzierung, die eine effektive Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung bei komplexen Finanztransaktionen ermöglichen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Ideen sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich wirkungsvoll auf Deutsch und Englisch (unbedingt erforderlich) zu vermitteln. Weitere Sprachen (insbesondere Französisch und/oder Italienisch) sind von Vorteil
- Starke analytische und quantitative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit hoher geistiger Flexibilität, um verschiedene operative, finanzielle und strategische Themen sowie deren Verknüpfungen in einem schnelllebigen Deal-Umfeld zu managen
- Erste praktische Berufserfahrung in einem verwandten Umfeld (z. B. Deals, Strategieberatung, Investment) ist willkommen. Der Grad der relevanten Erfahrung bestimmt die Einstufung als Consultant oder Senior Consultant
- Intellektuelle Neugier und Einfallsreichtum, gepaart mit der Bereitschaft, (kalkulierte) Risiken einzugehen und der Fähigkeit, "Wahrheit zur Macht zu sprechen"
- Reisebereitschaft und -fähigkeit
