Pour l’un de nos prestigieux client genevois nous recherchons un Team Leader Infrastructure Plateforme MES.Mission principaleGérer l’organisation de l’équipe d’administrateurs de l’infrastructure liée aux solutions du MES (Manufacturing Execution System), notre système informatique utilisé dans l'industrie pour suivre, contrôler et optimiser la production en temps réel et garantir la disponibilité des systèmes sous gestion.Le contexte principal du poste est de permettre de maintenir la qualité de nos produits via notre outil de production industriel qui gère nos différents sites.Vos responsabilitésCoordination avec l’équipe de développement de la plateformeAdministration et supervision des ressources techniquesOptimiser la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurisation des systèmesPilotage des évolutions et des déploiementsGestion des incidents complexes de Niveau 3Gérer le cycle de vie de la plateformeGarantir le bon fonctionnement des services de pilotage de la production industrielle et des équipements en atelierGarantir les livrables techniques en accord avec les délais projetsParticiper au service de piquet des managers et support avancéTeam Leader Infrastructure Plateforme MESVotre profilFormation supérieure en informatique (Ingénieur HES…)Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, avec idéalement une expérience d'encadrement ou de leadership d'une équipe de 5 personnes (management direct ou rôle de référent·e / lead)Expérience opérationnelle sur les infrastructures systèmes (Cluster MS, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, Kubernetes…)Culture DevOps et Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Compétences avancées de troubleshooting, maitrise des outils de supervision et tableaux de bordSensibilisé à la sécurité de l'informationFort leadership et très bonne capacité d’écouteOrientation client, sens du service et aisance relationnelleForce de proposition, fortement autonome, orienté qualité et solide esprit d'équipeNous nous réjouissons déjà de faire votre connaissance !Le poste étant basé à Genève les candidatures locales sont privilégiées. #J-18808-Ljbffr
