This role focuses on hands‑on delivery leadership combined with strong project management discipline, and operates under the guidance of Senior Managers and the Director, Head of Delivery. /p pWithin the Service Enterprise Solutions organization, the Delivery Manager plays a critical role in turning defined solution needs into reliable, production‑ready outcomes. This role combines solution delivery execution with workstream‑level project management, working closely with Delivery, Architecture, Integration, Product, Engineering, and client teams to ensure solutions are implemented in line with agreed scope, plans, and regulatory requirements. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /h3 ul liExecute day‑to‑day delivery activities for assigned client solutions and manage project work streams within enterprise and institutional engagements /li liPlan and track project activities, including tasks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies /li liSupport solution definition and deal shaping activities by providing delivery input on scope, sequencing, risks, and feasibility /li liExecute delivery plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risks /li liCoordinate delivery activities across Engineering, Product, Integration, vendors, and client teams to ensure alignment and progress /li liTrack delivery progress, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate to senior project leadership /li liMaintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting artifacts /li liFacilitate project meetings, including planning sessions, stand‑ups, and retrospectives /li liMonitor progress against delivery commitments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders /li liSupport testing, go‑live activities, operational readiness coordination, and early‑life production stabilization /li liEnsure delivery activities comply with established governance, quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory requirements /li liContribute to delivery reporting, documentation, and client communications /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, project management frameworks, and tooling /li /ul h3What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul li5–7 years of experience in delivery management, project management, program coordination, or solution implementation within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure environments /li liProven experience managing technical delivery projects and multi‑system solutions in complex, regulated environments /li liUnderstanding of project tracking, risk management, delivery coordination, and multiple delivery streams /li liExperience working with or supporting regulated financial services clients (banking, custody, payments, capital markets) /li liStrong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery streams and priorities /li liFamiliarity with modern delivery environments, including cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD‑driven execution /li liFamiliarity with agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models /li liAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client stakeholders /li liSelf‑starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high‑quality and high‑touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /li liLanguages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French highly preferred for Geneva market; Italian a plus /li liLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich, Geneva, and Lugano as locations /li /ul h3Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /h3 ul liExposure to digital asset, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, custody, or payments platforms /li liExperience working with core banking or financial market infrastructure systems /li liBackground in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations /li liPMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certifications /li liInterest in progressing into Senior Delivery Manager or senior project management roles /li /ul p Stay Safe from Job Scams.
