Industrialisation Project Manager

You will lead the industrialisation and scale-up of an advanced photonic integrated circuit manufacturing platform, bridging R&D, process engineering and external foundries to bring it to high-volume production.
Your tasks
- Drive the transition of an advanced photonics technology from pilot stage to high-volume, high-yield manufacturing
- Own project scope, budget, work packages, milestones and critical-path schedules
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement risk mitigation plans
- Manage technical and commercial relationships with external foundries and equipment vendors
- Define statements of work, conduct on-site technical audits and lead contract negotiations
- Act as communication bridge across R&D, process engineering, operations and leadership
- Institutionalize project management methodologies, stage-gate reviews and KPI dashboards
What you bring
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in photonics, microelectronics, semiconductor physics, materials science or related engineering field
- Hands-on track record in semiconductor or photonic integrated circuit fabrication and manufacturing
- Experience in new product introduction, yield ramp-up and wafer-level fabrication scaling
- Proven leadership of multi-stakeholder, technically complex hardware and process development projects
- Experience managing external strategic partners and foundries, including contract scoping and audits
- Fluent professional English required; knowledge of French is an asset
- PMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus

- Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
