Wir suchen engagierte Talente, um gemeinsam die Welt voranzutreiben. /p h3Diese Position Berichtet An /h3 pProject Operations Manager /p p__ /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pAs an Order Management Specialist, you serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners regarding UPS Systems within the Electrification/ Power Protection business area, based in Baden, Switzerland. /p pReporting to the Head of Project management Engineering, you play a key role in supporting the sales- project management team by leveraging your customer service project execution expertise to manage and respond to customer inquiries and project needs efficiently and professionally. /p pThe work model for the role is: #hybrid /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liProcesses orders by coordinating with Sales, Project and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products /li liOrganize project material logistics with factory, suppliers and customers /li liMonitor order production status, delivery schedules, and proactively manage delays or escalations to maintain customer satisfaction /li liHandle invoicing and customer account setup in accordance with internal guidelines and project team input /li liSupports the sales/ project team in execution phase by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer and internal stakeholders communication /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liCompleted commercial apprenticeship; further education at higher vocational level (HF) is an advantage /li liSeveral years of professional experience in order processing or a similar role /li liAgile and proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership of customer issues /li liSolid knowledge and experience in customer service /li liConfident user of SAP /li liExperience in EU-Export Process is an advantage /li liStrong team player with a solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills /li liFluent in German and French; Italian is a plus and English is welcome /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
