Für unsere Mandantin suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die fundiertes Know-how in der Personenversicherung mit Freude an Beratung und Kundenkontakt verbindet. Deine Aufgaben – beraten, gestalten, Verantwortung übernehmen
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Firmen- und Privatkunden rund um Personenversicherungen
- Entwicklung individueller Versicherungslösungen sowie Erstellung von Offertvergleichen und Ausschreibungen
- Verantwortung für das Schadenmanagement und die professionelle Betreuung deines Kundenportfolios
- Direkte Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Versicherern und Geschäftspartnern
- Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und Repräsentation des Unternehmens an Events, Seminaren und Fachveranstaltungen
Dein Profil – erfahren, beratungsstark & kundenorientiert
- Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche mit Weiterbildung in Personenversicherung oder Brokerwesen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Personenversicherungen, idealerweise bei einem Broker oder Versicherer
- Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an individuellen Kundenlösungen
- Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und fliessendes Englisch
