Notre client est un acteur global positionné dans un secteur premium à forte exigence d'expérience client. Dans le cadre de sa transformation data, il recrute son Data Domain Lead Sales & Marketing pour piloter la roadmap technologique data dans un environnement omnicanal.
Rattaché(e) à la direction IT, vous êtes le pont entre la technologie et les équipes Sales & Marketing. Votre mission : coacher, influencer et embarquer les métiers dans une transformation data durable, en connectant données, technologie et parcours client pour délivrer des expériences premium cohérentes sur tous les canaux.
Vos responsabilités :
- Définir et piloter la roadmap technologique data du domaine Sales & Marketing, en alignement avec les priorités business
- Coacher et influencer les équipes métier (Sales, Marketing, Retail) pour développer leur maturité data et leur autonomie analytique
- Piloter les projets couvrant CRM, marketing automation, parcours client, personnalisation omnicanale (online & offline) et modernisation de la BI
- Manager une petite equipe et coordonner les partenaires externes
- Être l'interlocuteur(trice) de confiance des stakeholders senior ; traduire les enjeux IT en valeur business mesurable
- Contribuer au développement d'initiatives de personnalisation IA et de vision client 360°
- Promouvoir la BI cloud et le self-service analytics auprès des fonctions métier
Requirements
- Diplôme en informatique, systèmes d'information ou data (BAC +5 ou équivalent)
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets Data/Analytics couvrant CRM, digital Sales ou MarTech / marketing automation
- Capacité démontrée à assurer le pont IT/business, coacher des équipes métier, piloter des squads transverses et engager des stakeholders senior
- Une expérience dans un secteur premium orienté expérience client (hôtellerie, retail, luxe, services haut de gamme) est un atout
- Anglais professionnel requis
