Was dich erwartet:
Du berätst und unterstützt Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in operativen People-Themen
Du agierst in deutscher und französischen Sprache als vertrauensvoller People Partner sowohl in der französisch- als auch in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz
Du betreust und wickelst selbständig sämtliche People Prozesse ab
Du unterstützt im Rekrutierungs- und Onboarding Prozess in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Talent Acquisition Team, inkl. Führung der Interviews vor Ort
Du identifizierst und entwickelst Talente
Du unterstützt bei Veränderungsprozessen und förderst eine positive Unternehmenskultur
Du arbeitest in People Projekten mit und bringst deine Ideen ein
Du analysierst HR-Daten und leitest geeignete Massnahmen ab
Was du mitbringst:
Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung Personalfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis oder einen Studienabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources.
Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion mit und bist stark, wenn es darum geht, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
Eine ausgeprägte „People Value Creation“-Haltung, Empathie, Flexibilität und vernetztes Denken prägen deinen Arbeitsstil.
Du setzt bewährte sowie neue Technologien zielführend ein (KI, Successfactors, SAP, etc).
Zudem bringst du Englischkenntnisse sowie eine schweizweite Mobilität mit.
