Risk Operations Expert Advisor Early Collection

In dieser Rolle bist du Teil unseres Early Collection Teams. Du besprichst mit Kundinnen und Kunden im Zahlungsverzug ihre individuelle Situation, vereinbarst passende Zahlungsziele und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher.
Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sorgst du für einen starken Kundendienst und findest die richtige Balance zwischen Risikokontrolle, Kundenerlebnis und Geschäftserfolg.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du steuerst das Inbound- und Outbound-Call-Volumen aktiv mit und unterstützt eine effiziente Einsatzplanung im Team.
- Du bist Ansprechperson für fachliche Fragen im Early Collection Team und unterstützt neue sowie bestehende Mitarbeitende bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung.
- Du bearbeitest Kundenfälle im Zahlungsverzug telefonisch und schriftlich und findest tragfähige Lösungen.
- Du entscheidest über die Sperrung oder Entsperrung von Kreditkarten und berücksichtigst dabei Risiko, Kundensituation und Vorgaben.
- Du bringst dich in Projekte ein, erkennst Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und hilfst mit, Prozesse im Early Collection weiterzuentwickeln.
DEIN PROFIL
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Kredit- oder Inkassobereich, im Kundendienst oder in einem Contact Center mit.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits etwas Führungserfahrung mit (z.B. als Stellvertreter:in).
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung; eine Weiterbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich ist von Vorteil.
- Eine sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch sind zwingend; Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, erkennst Problemstellungen rasch und handelst lösungsorientiert.
- Du bist empathisch, kommunikationsstark und gehst professionell auf unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse ein.
