- Gestione delle attività amministrative di front e back-office;
- Gestione della posta in entrata e uscita;
- Coordinamento delle comunicazioni interne ed esterne di posta elettronica e telefono;
- Supporto al team di vendita nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti;
- Accoglienza clienti allo sportello;
- Gestione materiale d'ufficio e di cancelleria;
- Assistenza nella preparazione e stesura di offerte commerciali.
- Formazione commerciale;
- Esperienza consolidata come impiegata/o ufficio, back-office, assistente di vendita, accoglienza clienti;
- Conoscenza intermedia della lingua tedesca parlata e scritta (B1-B2). È indispensabile la capacità di eseguire piccole consulenze in lingua tedesca;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto office ed esecuzione veloce in particolare di Word, Excel ed Outlook;
- Proattività, capacità di gestione del tempo e precisione.
