Stellenbeschreibung
Als Guest Experience Leader bist du das strahlende Herz unseres Restaurants. Du begrüsst unsere Gäste mit einem Lächeln, stellst ihnen unsere neuesten Angebote vor und unterstützt sie bei der Bestellung. Mit deiner positiven Energie motivierst du das Team und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Gast glücklich geht. Du hast ein Auge für die kleinen Details und ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche und das Feedback unserer Gäste, die du mit dem Management teilst, um jeden Besuch noch besser zu machen.
Hauptaufgaben
- Begrüssung der Gäste und Schaffung einer fröhlichen Atmosphäre
- Vorstellung neuer Angebote und Unterstützung bei Bestellungen
- Weitergabe von Gästefeedback an Team und Management
- Unterstützung des Teams mit Begeisterung und Teamgeist
- Sicherstellung eines perfekten Restauranterlebnisses für jeden Gast

- Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
- Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Bereitschaft zuzuhören
- Motivation zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln – keine Erfahrung nötig!
