Il nostro cliente ci ha incaricato di ricercare e selezionare un nuovo Hardware Engineer (M/F) da inserire all'interno del proprio reparto R&D a diretto riporto del team leader HW. La persona selezionata sarà responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo e collaudo dell'hardware di prodotti elettronici.
Competenze richieste:- 3 o più anni di esperienza lavorativa all'interno di dipartimenti R&D
- Comprovata esperienza nella progettazione elettronica analogica e digitale
- La conoscenza dei MCU basati su ARM costituirà un valore aggiunto
- La conoscenza della programmazione FW (Firmware) e SW (Software) costituirà un valore aggiunto
- Orientamento al team con capacità di gestire più attività e progetti contemporaneamente
- Disponibilità a viaggiare occasionalmente
Progettazione Hardware:
- Responsabile della progettazione di schede a segnale misto, RF e digitali, dal design di basso livello derivato dai requisiti utente fino a schema, layout, campionamento, produzione e attrezzature di supporto
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con il product management e il team R&D per contribuire al miglioramento dei prodotti
- Sviluppo pratico e utilizzo di strumenti di simulazione per lo sviluppo di PCB
- Gestione pratica del processo di produzione di massa delle schede
- Verificare e dimostrare la conformità del progetto alle specifiche
- Coinvolto nelle modifiche ai design esistenti, da seconde fonti, alternative, miglioramenti del prodotto, modifiche per migliorare la resa/qualità della produzione
- Seguire i processi di qualità che consentono tracciabilità, versioning, prove di validazione e documentazione di lavoro aggiornata
- Collegamento stretto con la produzione per garantire che design e produzione siano sempre allineati
- Revisione dei piani di controllo per il miglioramento continuo
- Monitoraggio continuo dei resi con analisi dettagliata dei guasti per consentire miglioramenti del prodotto / supporto ai clienti
- Coinvolto nella progettazione di attrezzature di produzione relative alla validazione dei PCBA
