Financial Controller / Business Controller 100% DE/ENG

For a fast?growing organisation in the technology sector, we are looking for a Financial Controller / Business Controller to support strategic decision?making and drive financial performance. In this role, you will act as a trusted finance business partner, combining strong analytical expertise with commercial acumen in a dynamic, innovation?driven environment. Act as finance business partner to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decisions Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budgets Perform variance analysis, profitability and cost?structure analysis Support long?range financial planning, investment cases and business scenarios Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports Improve financial processes, data quality and reporting automation Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A and operational teams Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast?paced tech environment < >< > Min. 6 months temporary contract with possibility of extension Hy id model (2 remote days per week) Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or similar 4+ years of experience in Controlling / Financial Analysis / Business Controlling, ideally in a technology, digital or international environment Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights Solid experience with forecasting, budgeting and management reporting Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI) is an advantage Fluent English and very good German skills Proactive, structured and communicative personality with a business?oriented mindset < >< > A high?impact controlling role in a growing and innovative technology environment Close collaboration with senior management and key business stakeholders Modern working environment with flexibility and development opportunities < >< > .
