Senior Controller and FP&A

Your mission

As the Senior Controller and FP&A, you will be responsible for bringing hands-on control, accuracy, and discipline to accounting, controlling, and reporting across a complex but relatively small Swiss sub-group. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of financial governance, performance management, and strategic decision support.

Your role and responsibility

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing accounting quality and financial data accuracy (Abacus GL system)
• Owning monthly reporting (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast), including variance analysis for the Group CFO
• Managing budgeting, rolling forecasts, and group consolidation across 4 entities within the group
• Preparing group-level reporting for management and PE shareholders
• Supporting the implementation and improvement of consolidation and reporting tools (Lucanet)
• Managing liquidity planning, AR/AP, and intercompany processes
• Coordinating with auditors and external advisors regarding payroll and tax topics
• Supporting M&A activities and post-merger financial integration
• Striving for efficiency and process optimization within the finance area
• Direct reporting to the Group CFO

Your experience and profile

We are looking for:

• 5–7 years of experience in similar finance roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast-growing business 
• Experience with accounting, reporting, budgeting, and controlling activities 
• Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage 
• Experience with Abacus and/or Lucanet is highly preferred 
• Someone based in Switzerland, with the ability to work on-site in Cham, Zug
