Jr Drug Safety Unit Specialist

IBSA Group La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Drug Safety Unit (DSU) e supporterà le attività di farmacovigilanza relative ai prodotti IBSA sia in fase post-marketing sia di sviluppo clinico. Responsabilità principali
- Gestione dei casi di farmacovigilanza derivanti dall’esperienza post-marketing, inclusi:
- Raccolta, registrazione e gestione di eventi avversi/reazioni avverse (AE/ADR) UE ed extra-UE provenienti da qualsiasi fonte
- Download e gestione degli Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) da EMA (EVWEB e MLM) e da altri database nazionali
- Notifica alle Autorità Competenti (EMA e NCA locali), ove applicabile
- Attività di follow-up sui casi
- Attività di riconciliazione con Business Partner, Service Provider e dipartimenti IBSA
- Preparazione dei Periodic Benefit-Risk Evaluation Reports (PBRER) e degli ACO per i prodotti IBSA
- Supporto alla gestione delle attività di farmacovigilanza nell’ambito dello sviluppo clinico, incluse:
- Revisione della documentazione degli studi clinici
- Monitoraggio continuo della sicurezza
- Gestione dei Serious Adverse Events (SAE) provenienti da studi clinici
- Preparazione e sottomissione del Development Safety Update Report (DSUR) per i medicinali sperimentali IBSA
- Redazione, aggiornamento e mantenimento di SOP e Working Instructions relative alle attività di farmacovigilanza
- Preparazione e gestione dei Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVA) per lo scambio di informazioni di sicurezza all’interno del Gruppo IBSA e con terze parti
- Erogazione di training di farmacovigilanza alla DSU e agli altri dipartimenti del Gruppo IBSA
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche (es. CTF, Farmacia, Biologia, Biotecnologie o affini)
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in Farmacovigilanza
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Conoscenza della legislazione e delle linee guida ICH, EMA, UK, Swissmedic, applicabili alla Farmacovigilanza.
- Padronanza degli strumenti informatici
