We are a Portuguese company with Italian roots, producing coffee in Italy according to specialty tradition and high-end blends. We are currently expanding our commercial presence.
The mission
We are looking for agents to develop new commercial relationships and distributors to consolidate territorial coverage, manage logistics and supply for HORECA and retail channels.
Responsibilities — Agents
• Identify and contact B2B prospects (bars, restaurants, hotels, retailers, concept stores)
• Present the offer, run tastings and close sales
• Develop and retain a customer portfolio; manage follow-ups and restocking
Responsibilities — Distributors
• Warehousing, inventory management and timely deliveries within the territory
• Commercialization to professional clients and local resellers
• Order management and reverse logistics
• Collaborate with the commercial team on promotions and in store activities

Ideal profile — Agents
• B2B sales experience (HORECA/retail preferred)
• Strong client relationships, negotiation skills and field selling attitude
• Existing client portfolio and references are a plus
I deal profile — Distributors
• Adequate logistics and warehousing capacity, order management systems
• Solid financial reliability and verifiable references
• Commercial network in the territory and experience in trade/retail management
• Ability to handle volumes, promotions and customer retention activities
Required documentation
• CV or company profile, client portfolio
• Short operational plan for the target territory
