Monitoring Engineer (w/m)
Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Als Monitoring Engineer bist Du Teil des Automation- & Monitoring-Teams und verantwortest die Konzeption, den Aufbau und den Betrieb von Monitoring-Lösungen für unsere Kunden
- Du übernimmst den Betrieb unseres Managed Monitoring Services und sorgst für dessen zuverlässigen und kontinuierlichen Betrieb
- Du arbeitest mit modernen Monitoring- und Observability-Plattformen (z. B. PRTG, Elastic, Graylog) und stellst sicher, dass Infrastrukturen und Services zuverlässig überwacht werden
- Du erstellst und pflegst Sensoren, Dashboards, Alerts und Reports und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden den Überblick über ihre IT behalten
- Du führst Projekte eigenständig und verantwortlich durch und arbeitest in grösseren Vorhaben Hand in Hand mit dem Team
- Du treibst die Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Monitoring-Aufgaben voran (z. B. via PowerShell und Python)
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen & Services für ITRIS One mit
- Der Kunde und dessen Mehrwert steht bei Deiner Arbeit an erster Stelle
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder eine gleichwertige Aus- oder Weiterbildung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche mit: Client/Server, Virtualisierungen, Monitoring, Loganalyse, Backup- und Storage-Lösungen, Microsoft Azure, IT-Prozessautomatisierung
- Du bist ein dienstleistungsorientierter Teamplayer und hast Freude im Umgang mit Kunden
- Du bist interessiert an Aus-/Weiterbildungen und motiviert, Dich in neue Gebiete einzuarbeiten
- Der «Blick über den Tellerrand» inspiriert Dich
- Deutsch- und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind kein Problem
- Du bist gut organisiert und kannst Projekte selbständig durchführen
- Du besitzt einen Fahrausweis der Kategorie B und bist flexibel für unsere Einsatzorte in der Deutschschweiz
