With 180 skills brought together under one roof, the Manufacture creates fine timepieces that combine technical ingenuity with aesthetic beauty and a distinctively understated sophistication. /p h3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3 pThe Boutique Manager is the key driver of the Boutique’s retail strategy, motivating and directing the team to provide exceptional service while reaching or exceeding its sales targets. The Boutique Manager is an entrepreneur, managing the daily and long-term operations of the boutique and ensuring the culture reflects that of the Maison. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Strategize retail initiatives to generate revenue and hit sales targets: /h3 ul liPropose and lead all activity that will improve sales to Prospects, Repeat and VIP clients /li liWork with Retail Director in the development of the boutique action plans /li liDrive the team to reach and exceed sales goals /li /ul h3Manage the Boutique Team: /h3 ul liAssess the needs of the team /li liHelp to train and guide the team regarding Maison History, RNA policies and procedures and Product Knowledge /li liSchedule the team to ensure proper coverage, according to needs of the business /li liProvide clear KPI’s and helps to guide and motivate the team to reach their goals. /li liEnsure that payroll and commissions are completed on time and follow company guidelines. /li /ul h3Manages and Ensures the Proper Operations of the Boutique: /h3 ul liSupervise the safety and well being of the team, clients and product by following all RNA safety and security guidelines /li liFollow all Finance guidelines in accordance with RNA procedures and policies and ensures that the team is doing the same /li liComply with requests for reporting as required /li liManage and ensure all VM policies and procedures are followed in accordance with HQ and VM manager requests and guidelines /li /ul h3Responsible for Continuous Client Acquisition and Client Development: /h3 ul liEnsure that associates are continuing to develop new relationships and hitting their KPI’s for client acquisition and client development. /li liMaintain VIP relationships and works with corporate to help build and engender these clients /li liDevelop loyalty by taking the client through our customer journeys /li liWork with associates ensuring that they are using the CRM tools at their disposal. /li liTravel with clients to events and trips to the manufacture when appropriate /li liEnsure that daily/weekly/monthly activations are being completed /li /ul h3Develops and Maintains Relationships with the Community and with the Boutique’s Business Centers: /h3 ul liEngender good relationships within the community /li liWork closely with our Mall or Neighborhood Partners /li liProvide feedback regarding competition and an understanding of traffic /li /ul h3WHAT ABOUT YOU? /h3 ul li7-10 years of management, especially in the field of luxury retail. /li liExhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented. /li liStrong leadership customer service skills. /li liAutonomous and with excellent interpersonal skills. /li liFlexible mind-set with the ability to embrace changes. /li liExcellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills required. /li liProactive approach to analyzing business and human resource needs. /li liAbility to motivate and develop team /li liExcellent communication skills and other foreign language is highly appreciated. /li liProficiency with MS Office software required, proficiency with SAP preferred. /li liMust be available to work retail hours including weekends. /li /ul pRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
