Business Risk Manager - Technology Operations (80-100%) As part of the Technology Operations (TO) Business Risk Management team, you will partner with stakeholders across Operations and Technology to identify key risks, coordinate remediation, and strengthen first‑line ownership of controls. You will contribute to the effective oversight of operational, technology and information risks, and ensure transparent and timely reporting to management. YOUR ROLE Risk Identification, Assessment Reporting Identify, assess, and report operational risks, including processing, trade order execution, operational taxes, technology, cybersecurity, and information‑related risks across TO.br/br/Support the RCSA process and ensure risk assessments remain current, well‑documented, and evidence‑based.br/br/Manage the TO incident process, ensuring incidents are recorded, analysed, escalated, and followed through to closure.br/br/Control Environment Oversight Contribute to the TO Risk Assurance Plan through thematic reviews, independent design and operating effectiveness testing of the control environment, and follow‑up of identified gaps.br/br/Support the ISAE control framework, ensuring required evidence is collected, complete, and audit‑ready.br/br/Remediation Issue Management Drive, coordinate, and track risk remediation activities, ensuring actions are well defined, owned, and delivered on time.br/br/Monitor and report on the progression of identified issues, ensuring consistent closure, documentation, and controls uplift.br/br/Governance, Assurance Culture Promote a strong risk culture by supporting awareness, training, and constructive challenge across teams.br/br/Prepare structured and insightful risk reports to the TO Risk Committee and senior management.br/br/YOUR PROFILE Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, internal control, audit, or consulting (e.g., Big Four) with focus on operational or technology‑related risks.br/br/Solid understanding of operations, IT, cybersecurity, and information risk, ideally within financial services.br/br/Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail‑oriented approach.br/br/Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively.br/br/Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocatebr/br/Our Maison’s DNAbr/br/is defined by five core values.br/br/Excellencebr/br/drives us to be the best at what we do, whilebr/br/Innovationbr/br/fuels our progress.br/br/Respectbr/br/underpins every interaction, andbr/br/Integritybr/br/shapes our actions.
