Product Development Industrialization Lead execution of the product development pipeline from concept to market launch Ensure successful industrialization of new products Drive manufacturing readiness, regulatory compliance, and launch preparedness Coordinate internal teams and external development partners Translate innovation into scalable, commercially viable products Balance quality, compliance, execution reliability, and time-to-market 2. Operations Supply Chain Leadership Own the end-to-end operational value chain Lead Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, RA/QA, and Operational Excellence functions Ensure operational readiness to support commercial growth Strengthen supplier management and governance Maintain product quality and regulatory excellence Improve operational performance, resilience, and scalability 3. Operating Model Capability Building Design and implement the company's future operating model Develop organizational capabilities, systems, processes, and governance Strengthen internal industrial and operational expertise Improve operational visibility and data-driven decision-making Build scalable planning, quality, and performance management capabilities Preserve agility while scaling the organization 4. Strategic Transformation Organizational Scaling Partner with the CEO to support the company's next growth phase. Structure, Prioritize, and Execute the company Strategy in line with CEO's vision and pace of action.
