Are you ready to make an impact building teams in our brands functions and across our Retail teams?

We’re looking for a  Recruiter (fixed term 18 months) to be based in our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland, focusing on our product brands’ functions and our retail South-Europe market ( France and Belgium).

In the role you will create strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process for retail talents and junior candidates for our HQ.

You will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology to ensure an effective and efficient process. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR partners and candidates (both internal and external).

You will support VF’s growth objectives by creating and deploying hands-on full-cycle recruitment strategies to timely strengthen the organization’s capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs.

We are looking for a people-focused and service-driven candidate who is also passionate about research, recruiting, fostering, and maintaining relationships, as well as improving the recruitment process.

You will achieve this by:

• Partnering with hiring managers in our EMEA HQ and South Europe Retail team, in different departments to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
• Steering the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed, leveraging data
• Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
• Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical skills as well cultural add for the VF environment
• Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Monitoring and analysing KPI around our talent acquisition and candidate journey

How You Will Make a Difference

• Ability and motivation to work in an international environment
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across Retail, Wholesale and Office
• Experience in manage full cycle recruitment with a talent advisory mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and French is a must, Italian preferential
• Formal University education is nice to have but we are most interested in your experience and professional achievements
