Ihre Aufgabe
– Zuständig für Produkte im Digitalisierungsbereich
– Identifikation neuer Bedürfnisse von internen und externen Stakeholdern
– Überprüfung neuer Anforderungen auf ihren Kundennutzen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
– Initiierung und Begleitung technischer Vorabklärungen mit Solution Architekten und dem Entwicklungsteam
– Priorisierung der Bedürfnisse unter Einbeziehung aller beteiligten Stakeholder im jeweiligen „Product Backlog“
– Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams bei der agilen Umsetzung durch Kanban oder Scrum
– Sicherstellung der fortlaufenden Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
– Aktualisierung der „Product Roadmap“ in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement

Ihr Profil
– Aus-/Weiterbildung in Informatik oder vergleichbare Hochschulbildung (FH, ETH, Uni)
– Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Software Engineer für Cloud- und On-Prem-Lösungen
– Praktische Anwendung agiler Entwicklungsmethoden (Kanban, Scrum) mit Jira
– Besitz einer Product Owner Zertifizierung (z.B. PSPO) oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
– Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
