Vacancy: Finance Director (H/F/X) - We are looking for a Finance Director (H/F/X) for our client, a well-established international company in Geneva, to join its senior leadership team for a permanent, full-time role (100%).
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all of our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.
Missions
* You will act as a strategic finance partner to senior management and support key business decisions through clear financial insights.
* You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance-monitoring activities across an international organisation.
* You will assess business opportunities, investment projects and financial scenarios to support sustainable growth.
* You will strengthen financial reporting, internal processes, governance standards and management tools.
* You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and finance teams across different entities and markets.
* You will prepare and present financial analyses, recommendations and executive-level materials.
Profil du candidat
* You have significant experience in a senior finance, financial planning, business-partnering or finance leadership position.
* You demonstrate strong expertise in financial analysis, modelling, forecasting and strategic planning.
* You have worked within an international, complex or fast-evolving organisation.
* You are proactive, pragmatic and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a demanding environment.
* You possess strong communication, leadership and presentation skills.
* You are fluent in English and French, and knowledge of another European language would be an advantage.
