For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Visual development + concepts

— Pitches and moodboards

— Briefs and technical tasks for the team: AI, motion, design, 3D, animation, sound, editing, color, etc.

— Reviews at every stage of production

— Final check before client delivery

— Case study preparation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— Experience as an Art Director in advertising production

— A portfolio with commercial / advertising videos

— 5–10 completed AI projects where AI is the core production tool, not just an additional helper

— You understand AI from the inside: what models exist, how they work, why they break, and how to find a solution when the deadline is tomorrow and Seedance is down
