About The RoleBarry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Director Digital Finance to lay the foundation of operational excellence in our finance processes. Reporting to the VP Digital Enabling, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our digital future. You will lead our Digital Finance team and steer initiatives to uplift our digital capabilities, enabling finance processes through best-in-class digital solutions. In this position, you will play a key role in turning our aspirations of a digital transformation into reality and lifting Barry Callebaut to the next level.Key Responsibilities IncludeOversee Digital Finance at Barry Callebaut, driving Barry Callebaut's digitization efforts, focusing on FPA, Factory Controlling, Product Costing and relevant processes and capabilitiesDirectly report to the VP Digital Enabling, ensuring alignment with the overall digital strategy for enabling and contributing to the digital transformation roadmapLead and inspire the digital finance team driving finance solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellenceOversee the development, deployment, and management of finance related digital products and innovations, ensuring they meet business objectivesAct as trusted business partner manager towards our finance business functions ensuring high user satisfaction of finance related digital products and servicesEngage and collaborate with relevant business leaders to identify opportunities for digital enhancements, ensuring alignment with the Barry Callebaut’s strategic goalsChampion the integration of data-centric, digital technologies and practices enabling finance processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and sustainabilityAbout YouGraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration and/or Information Systems, or a comparable fieldExperienced in leadership of Finance and Digital Teams with a strong Finance Factory Controlling, Product Costing, Manufacturing Variance Analysis, FPA and ideally also Pricing background, e.g. in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry (food beverages industry is a plus)Proficient in EnglishExperience in setting up and leading digital product units and strategy, e.g. leading business analysts, requirements engineers, UX designers and steering development of digital products and servicesDeep understanding of finance from a business and digital perspective incl. related digital trendsExpertise in finance technologies, e.g. ERP, consolidation or cashflow management systemsThe ability to bring people together and mobilize individuals to pursue a joint agendaDemonstrated success in leading diverse teams driving change in a collaborative way on a global scaleIndependent and self-driven personalityWillingness to travel up to 25%At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
