Ihre Aufgaben umfassen u.a. die Entwicklung, Aufrechterhaltung und Überwachung des integrierten Managementsystems nach ISO 9001, unter Einbeziehung von ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 und AQAP 2110. Des Weiteren führen Sie Wertstromanalysen durch, leiten daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen für Prozesse und Dokumentation ab und entwickeln Präventivmassnahmen zur Problemvermeidung. Dazu implementieren Sie zusammen mit den Prozessverantwortlichen und Schnittstellen Prozesse und Dokumente zur Verbesserung der Abläufe, des Wissenstransfers und zur Reduzierung von Abweichungen.
Folgende zusätzliche Aufgaben liegen im Bereich des Prozessmanagements und der Datenauswertung:
- Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (ISO 9001 und weitere Normen)
- Fachliche Führung der Projekt-Teams zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Dokumenten
- Erstellung von notwendigen Vorgaben-Dokumenten und Schulungen sowie Definition und Einführung von Standard-Vorlagen
- Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahres-Management Review gemäss geltender Norm, internen Anforderungen und Konzernvorgaben
- Analysieren und Auswerten von qualitätsrelevanten Daten und das dazugehörige Rapportieren
Zudem gehören im Bereich des Auditmanagement nachfolgende Themen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich:
- Planen, durchführen und bewerten von internen Audits sowie deren Koordinierung
- Nachverfolgung der Abarbeitung von Massnahmen bei Auditabweichungen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Audits durch Kunden und Zertifizierungsstellen
- Erstellung von monatlichen Auswertungen im Bereich Audit Management
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Weiterbildung zum QM und Auditor (intern / extern) (m/w/d) sind ein Muss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Rüstungsbranche oder mindestens in einem produzierenden Gewerbe
- Fundiertes Wissen im Qualitätsmanagementsystem (ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, von Vorteil 45001/14001)
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten und Mitarbeitende
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, sehr gute Selbstorganisation, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
