Role Responsibilities

Develop and grow a HNW client portfolio: Acquire, advise, and retain high-net-worth and institutional clients across the Middle East market, increasing assets under management while ensuring solutions are fully aligned with client objectives and the bank’s long-term strategy.

Deliver tailored, sophisticated solutions: Work closely with investment advisory, risk management, and compliance teams to design and implement holistic wealth management strategies across asset classes, reflecting both Swiss and international regulatory requirements, as well as regional client expectations.

Act as a strategic ambassador: Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, leveraging your market insight and relationship-building skills to enhance the bank’s presence across the Middle East and support its regional growth ambitions.

Requirements

Proven private banking track record: Tertiary degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field, combined with 5-7+ years’ experience in relationship management and a successful history of managing HNW client portfolios in private banking or wealth management, ideally with exposure to Middle Eastern clients and markets.

Deep technical and regulatory expertise: Extensive knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and investment strategies, alongside strong familiarity with Swiss and international banking regulations, enabling you to provide informed, compliant, and value-adding advice to an international client base.

Exceptional relationship and development skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Arabic highly preferred, alongside additional languages such as French or German considered advantageous, empowering you to collaborate internally, expand your client base, and represent the bank confidently across the region.
