We started in fitness, and we're now going further: a coaching-led health experience that brings together movement, nutrition, sleep and recovery, and leverages real clinical data to build precise, custom member protocols. Our offering is continuing to evolve and we're looking for coaches who want to help shape it. /p h3bAbout the Role /b /h3 pAs a Health Coach, you'll own a caseload of members and guide each of them from their first day through their progress milestones. This is a partner role, not a prescriber role: you draw out what a member actually wants, meet them where they are, and help them build habits that last across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. You'll coach through a mix of virtual face‑to‑face sessions and day‑to‑day messaging, and you'll use each member's data to make your guidance specific and personal. The members we serve expect high‑touch, polished care, with the coach at the center of their experience. /p h3bWhat you'll do /b /h3 ul libOwn your members' experience end to end. /bGuide a caseload of members from onboarding through their 90-day milestone and beyond, and keep every one of them feeling individually known. /li libCoach live and asynchronously. /bRun virtual kickoff and check‑in sessions, and support members between sessions over messaging that stays warm, timely, and clear. /li libBuild personalized, data‑informed plans. /bWith the support of AI tooling, translate each member's goals and data into a plan across fitness, nutrition, sleep and recovery, and adjust it as their life and results change. /li libCoach the person, not just the plan. /bUse motivational interviewing and reflective listening to help members find their own reasons for change and choose their own next step, rather than handing them a prescription. /li libMake the data useful. /b Under the guidance of Future's Clinical Team, contextualize body composition scans, bloodwork and GLP‑1 considerations within your scope, and turn them into everyday actions a member can take. /li libMake progress visible. /bTrack progress against goals your members helped set, and celebrate the behavior and consistency wins, not just the number on a scan. /li libHelp build. /bBring what you learn from members back to the team, and help us shape a program that's ever growing and evolving. /li /ul h3bWho you are /b /h3 ul libEmpathetic. /bYou lead with care and meet people where they are, whether it's a member having a hard week or a teammate under pressure. /li libIndependent, and collaborative. /bYou can run your caseload at a high level without hand‑holding, and you still genuinely enjoy working alongside your teammates. /li libAn active part of the community. /bEven though we're a virtual company, you show up: you join calls, contribute to projects, and share honest feedback that makes the team better. /li libProactive. /bYou chase down answers, follow up, and take initiative instead of waiting to be told. /li libTech‑savvy. /bYou pick up new tools quickly and are comfortable working across apps, data, and platforms all day. /li /ul h3bWhat you'll need /b /h3 pbRequired (non‑negotiable) /b /p ul libA health coaching certification /bfrom a recognized program covering behavior‑change theory, motivational interviewing, reflective listening, and foundational nutrition, such as an NBHWC‑approved program, ACE Health Coach, Precision Nutrition L1, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, or an equivalent. Full NBC‑HWC board certification isn't required, but it's a strong preference. /li libAn associate's degree or higher /b(or an equivalent, experience‑based path to your coaching certification). /li lib2+ years of client‑facing coaching or training experience. /bEnough that you can run a member session on day one, without a ramp. /li libProven high‑volume caseload management. /bYou've personally carried a large book of clients at once and kept each of them feeling individually known. /li libComfort working with a diverse member population. /bYou adapt your style to meet members of different ages, backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and health starting points, and every one of them feels respected and understood. /li libStrong written communication. /bMuch of your coaching happens over messaging, so you're warm, clear, and personable on the page while staying professional. /li libStrong verbal communication and presence. /bYou also coach face‑to‑face over video, and you bring confidence, thoughtfulness and professionalism into every session. /li libComfortable synthesizing health data. /b You keep up with current health trends and have a track record of coaching clients across nutrition apps and wearable devices, bringing their data together into a single comprehensive plan. /li /ul pbStrong plus (not required) /b /p ul libA personal‑training or strength credential /b(CSCS; NASM, ACE, or ACSM CPT; or similar). /li libA nutrition‑coaching certification /bsuch as Precision Nutrition. /li libAn advanced degree /bin exercise science, physiology, kinesiology, or a related field. /li libClinical collaboration in functional or integrative medicine. /bYou've worked alongside or under registered dietitians, nurse practitioners, or physicians. /li libExperience with luxury clientele. /bYou've served high‑end members in concierge medicine, a premium gym, or a private club /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
