VIE - HR Data & Process Analyst H/F

Ce poste s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) au sein de CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, à Genève. Ce type de contrat est régi par Business France et est soumis à des critères d'éligibilité, notamment : être âgé entre 18 et 28 ans maximum, être ressortissant d'un pays membre de l'UE et ne pas avoir déjà exercé d'activité professionnelle en Suisse. Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, le/la VIE HR Data & Process Analyst contribue à la simplification, à l'optimisation et à l'automatisation des processus de travail RH. Il/elle joue un rôle déterminant dans la transformation de la fonction RH en intervenant aux côtés des équipes HR Business Partnering, HR Middle Office, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits et Payroll, avec pour objectif d'améliorer l'organisation opérationnelle et d'alléger les tâches manuelles et répétitives. Il/elle joue un rôle actif dans l'identification de solutions d'optimisations de processus et dans leur mise en production au travers notamment de développements IT et de l'utilisation de solutions d'IA. Il/elle sera enfin aussi amené(e) à réaliser certaines tâches administratives et opérationnelles en support des activités RH courantes. Ses missions principales sont les suivantes : Aider les équipes RH dans la simplification et l'optimisation des processus de travail Identifier des améliorations de process et procéder à leur mise en production grâce notamment à des développements et automatisations IT ainsi qu'au moyen de solutions d'IA Participer à la transformation du département RH en soutenant les projets locaux ou fédéraux dans le déploiement de nouveaux outils RH Participer activement aux diverses initiatives et au bon fonctionnement du département RH en accomplissant notamment des tâches administratives et opérationnelles liées à la fonction RH. Développer ou améliorer des reportings de suivi et contribuer à l'analyse des données RH. Une première expérience dans le domaine de la transformation et de l'automatisation de processus (si possible RH) un atout. Master Data Science, Data & IA, Data Analyst, Business Analytics..
