We are looking for our Infrastructure Branch in Lausanne (VD), a Geotechnical Project Manager and Special Works Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Design, manage and supervise complex multidisciplinary projects in the fields of geotechnics, geostructures and underground works during the study and execution phases
• Conduct studies and oversee site monitoring and inspections
• Ensure high-quality technical services with efficiency and effectiveness
• Supervise and train junior engineers, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and skills
• Actively participate in the commercial development of CSD, notably by preparing competitive service offers

Your profile

• 10 years of experience in an engineering office (including at least 5 years in Switzerland)
• Civil engineer EPF or HES (or equivalent) with specialisation in geotechnics
• Strong skills in the design of special works and underground structures (particularly temporary supports and final lining of tunnels) and in geotechnics
• Proficiency in common geostructure calculation software such as Plaxis 2D and 3D
• Rigor, motivation, integrity, perseverance, autonomy, enthusiasm
• Fluency in French and English, German is an asset
• Knowledge of "BIM" would be appreciated
• Possibility of advancement to a managerial position within 2 to 4 years
