About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Product Optimization Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving sales growth, improving product performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through data-driven decision-making.
As part of our commercial team, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and product departments to identify new business opportunities, optimize product strategies, and contribute to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Optimize product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer service and contribute to continuous business growth.
Qualifications
- No degree or experience is needed because, we have a platform to coach and train all applicants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
