Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités en Suisse romande, notre client recherche un(e) Spécialiste Produits Automation & Solutions Industrielles pour accompagner ses clients dans le choix, l'intégration et l'optimisation de solutions techniques à forte valeur ajoutée.
Vos responsabilités
- Assurer le conseil et le support technique auprès des clients et partenaires.
- Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées aux applications industrielles.
- Élaborer et suivre les offres techniques et commerciales.
- Participer aux démonstrations produits, aux formations et aux lancements de nouvelles solutions.
- Coordonner et suivre des projets techniques en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
- Contribuer à la résolution de problématiques techniques et au suivi des réclamations.
- Formation technique en automation, électrotechnique, mécatronique ou domaine équivalent.
- Expérience dans l'automatisation industrielle, le support technique ou la vente de solutions techniques.
- Bonnes connaissances des automates (PLC/API), réseaux et protocoles industriels.
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas électriques.
- Excellent sens du service client et forte orientation solutions.
- Français courant et allemand niveau C1 minimum .
- Personnalité autonome, organisée et appréciant le travail en équipe.
