Wir sind ein kleines Team in Zürich welches mit Herzblut daran arbeitet, den Firmen eine Mitarbeitenden-App zu bieten, um deren interne Kommunikation einfach zu gestalten.
Rollenbeschreibung
Als Call Agent:in 40% bei StaffApp bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Zielkund:innen.
- Deine Aufgabe ist es, in der Kaltakquise Kundentermine zu generieren. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du uns dabei, unsere Daten in unserem CRM aktiv zu pflegen.
Qualifikationen
Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie eine freundliche und professionelle Kundenansprache.
Technisches Verständnis: Sicherer Umgang mit Kundenmanagementsystemen, bevorzugt Hubspot, sowie grundlegende Computerkenntnisse.
Sprache: Deutsch als Muttersprache ist Pflicht. Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil.
