Job Description
- Oversee engineering and maintenance operations across several properties and destinations
- Ensure optimal performance of all technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management)
- Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Lead CAPEX projects including renovations, upgrades, and new developments
- Manage and optimize departmental budgets (OPEX & CAPEX)
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, property teams, and external partners
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Facility Management or a related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Strong technical expertise in building systems and multi-site operations
- Proven experience in project management and budget control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, French and or German a are an asset
- Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
