Junior IT Workplace Administrator / M365 Coordinator
Hogrefe ist eine international tätige, führende Verlagsgruppe. Das Verlagsprogramm umfasst über 2‘300 Bücher, 39 Zeitschriften und 2‘300 psychologische Testverfahren in den Bereichen Psychologie, Gesundheit, Medizin und Pflege.
Für die Hogrefe AG am Standort Bern/Schweiz suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kompetente und motivierte Person (alle) als
Junior IT Workplace Administrator / M365 Coordinator (50-60%)
Aufgaben
Beschaffung, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Hard- und Software sowie Arbeitsplätzen
Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden im First- und Second-Level-Support
Administration der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
Umsetzung von Security und Compliance Massnahmen (Conditional Access , MFA , Microsoft Defender)
Verwaltung von Benutzer-, Geräte- und Zugriffsrechten
Client-Management mit Microsoft Intune
Mitarbeit in IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
Erstellung und Pflege von IT Dokumentationen
Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support und Workplace-Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365 und Standardsoftware
Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 Security von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in Dynamics 365 Business Central oder macOS von Vorteil
Selbständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
