Digital Power Customer Support Engineer (CSE)

pWe are seeking a customer-oriented Digital Power Customer Support Engineer (CSE) fluent in French and German to provide technical support and help deliver an excellent customer experience. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide first-level technical support for photovoltaic inverters, battery energy storage systems, and related products. /liliAnalyze and troubleshoot technical issues remotely via phone, email, and online support tools. /liliRegister, prioritize, and manage support cases in the ticketing system. /liliIdentify root causes and deliver effective solutions within agreed service levels. /liliEscalate complex technical issues to specialist teams when required and coordinate the resolution process. /liliGuide customers and installers during commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting. /liliMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions. /liliCollaborate closely with internal engineering, service, and sales teams to ensure efficient issue resolution. /liliSupport continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge and identifying recurring issues. /liliTravel occasionally to customer sites for troubleshooting, commissioning support, or technical training. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a comparable technical qualification (HF/FH, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent apprenticeship with relevant experience). /liliExperience or strong interest in photovoltaic systems, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or power electronics. /liliGood understanding of electrical systems and basic networking/IT concepts. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting. /liliExcellent customer service and communication skills. /liliComfortable communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional manner. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team. /liliWillingness to travel occasionally for onsite technical support. /liliFluent in English and German.
