Commercial Data Analyst (w/m/d) 100 % gesucht - Für unseren Kunden, ein international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen im Pharma-/Healthcare-Umfeld, suchen wir per sofort Unterstützung durch eine/n erfahrene/n Commercial Data Analyst / Business Analyst. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Management bei einem strategisch relevanten Analyseprojekt rund um Marktpotenziale, regionale Performance, Sales KPIs, Preis- und Volumenanalysen und Management Reporting. Ziel ist es, bestehende Markt-, Produkt-, Umsatz- und Sales-Daten strukturiert auszuwerten und daraus belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftssteuerung und Investitionsentscheidungen abzuleiten. Bei der Position handelt es sich um eine direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden. Die Betreuung und Vermittlung sowie alle unsere weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie als Bewerber kostenfrei.

Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung als Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Gute SQL-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Business Analysis, Marktanalysen, KPIs und Management Reporting
- Starkes analytisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, auch mit unvollständigen Daten pragmatisch zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung in Modellierungen, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen von Vorteil
- Kommunikative, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Deutschkenntnisse zwingend, Englisch für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern erforderlich
- Erfahrung im Pharma-, Healthcare-, MedTech- oder Life-Sciences-Umfeld ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
Ihe Aufgaben
- Analyse von Markt-, Preis-, Umsatz-, Produkt- und Sales-Daten
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management Reportings und Sales KPIs
- Identifikation von Potenzialgebieten, regionalen Performance-Unterschieden und Investment-Logiken
- Entwicklung von Modellen, Annahmen, Trendanalysen und Sensitivitätsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von BI- und Reporting-Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Management und Sales
