Ihre Aufgaben
- Mitverantwortung für den Betrieb, die Überwachung und die Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Client-Infrastruktur sowie der Mobile Devices (iOS/iPadOS)
- Verwaltung von Betriebssystem-Deployments und Applikationsverteilungen mittels Microsoft SCCM und Microsoft Intune
- Evaluation und Einführung von Betriebssoftware sowie Durchführung von Betriebssystemwechseln und Migrationsprojekten
- Erstellung und Pflege von Skripten, Batch-Dateien und administrativen Automatisierungslösungen
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Apple Business Manager (ABM) sowie des Apple Developer Programs
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Client-Managements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (Berufslehre, HF, FH oder Studium) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft SCCM
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Apple Business Manager (ABM/DEP)
- Erfahrung im Management von Windows-Clients sowie mobilen Endgeräten (iOS/iPadOS)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Skripting und Automatisierung
- Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung sowie ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere im technischen Umfeld
- Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem modernen und professionellen IT-Umfeld
- Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team mit hoher Fachkompetenz
- Möglichkeit, die Weiterentwicklung der Client- und Mobile-Device-Landschaft aktiv mitzugestalten
