Drug Product Tech Transfer Lead Role (Biologics)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Drug Product Tech Transfer Lead to oversee the transition of biopharmaceutical products from R&D into manufacturing sites. The role combines technical oversight, regulatory documentation, and supply chain integration while maintaining manufacturing readiness and cost efficiency across multiple European facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and manufacturing integration of new drug products from development into supply chain
• Contribute to and approve drug product technical and regulatory documentation
• Serve as single point of contact for manufacturing site readiness and launch support
• Identify and implement cost-of-goods reduction and process robustness improvements
• Coordinate product introduction across raw materials, formulation, process, and packaging

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's or PhD preferred
• 6+ years pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, or MSAT experience
• Technical transfer experience for biopharmaceutical products into manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and manufacturing site systems
• Proficiency in English language
• Project management certification (FPX, PMP) preferred
• Familiarity with document management systems (RIMdocs, TruVault, SAP, Planisware) preferred
