Als Intern Employer Branding, Culture & Events unterstützt du unser People & Culture Team dabei, unsere Employee Value Proposition «We Play to Grow and Win» intern und extern erlebbar zu machen. Du arbeitest an Projekten rund um Kultur, Engagement, Social Media, Talent Attraction und Events und trägst dazu bei, dass Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz als Arbeitgebermarke authentisch und attraktiv wahrgenommen wird.
DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN:
- Administrative und operative Unterstützung des People & Culture Teams bei Employer Branding, Culture- und Engagement-Initiativen
- Mitverantwortung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von internen Events (z. B. Welcome Days, Kultur-Events, Community-Aktivierungen)
- Mitarbeit bei Social Media Aktivitäten (insbesondere LinkedIn), inklusive Content-Erstellung, Redaktionsplanung und Community Support
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reportings und Kommunikationsmaterialien für interne und externe Zwecke
- Koordination mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern und Agenturen
- Unterstützung bei Hochschulmarketing- und Recruiting-Events sowie Talent-Acquisition-Aktivitäten
- Selbstständige Übernahme von Projekten oder klar definierten Projektphasen im Bereich Employer Branding & Culture
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft des Teams
- Mitwirkung bei der Aktivierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Employee Value Proposition über interne und externe Touchpoints
SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN?
- Bachelor/Master in Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing oder Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie oder verfügbar für ein Administrative Internship (École hôtelière de Lausanne, BOSC 4) mit Interesse an Social Media und Employer Branding
- Erste Praxiserfahrung (z. B. Praktika, Nebenjobs oder Projekte) von Vorteil
- Interesse an Employer Branding, Social Media und Eventmanagement
- Kreativität sowie ein gutes Gespür für digitale Trends und visuelle Inhalte
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität – du packst gerne mit an und setzt Dinge aktiv um
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Gespür dafür, Aufgaben strukturiert und effizient zu organisieren
- Erste Kenntnisse in Bild- oder Videobearbeitung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil
