We are seeking high-performing junior consultants (1?4 years' experience) from leading strategy consulting firms to support a large-scale organisational transformation programme within a complex international environment.

Working alongside a central strategy team, you will provide analytical, PMO, and coordination support across key transformation initiatives. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic decision-making processes, and programme governance in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

• Conduct strategic and analytical assessments, including business cases, modelling, and data synthesis.
• Structure complex problems and develop fact-based recommendations to support decision-making.
• Support PMO activities, including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and programme reporting.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations and steering committee materials.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Support programme governance, transformation planning, and change management activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of strategic updates and recommendations for senior leadership.

• 1?4 years of experience within a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Kearney, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data analysis, modelling, and business case development.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
• Experience supporting strategic, transformation, or organisational change initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international, and multicultural environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working with international organisations, public sector institutions, or large multinational organisations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
